Using Delaware Warrant Search

Using the Delaware Criminal Justice Information System warrant search interface starts with following the Delaware State Police website link. On the website is a link for Wanted Person Review, you will need to click on this link to access the warrant search system.

After you click on the link, you will need to enter the individual’s first and last name in the search fields. You can search by first and last name, or by last name only. After completing the Captcha verification, click search to begin the warrant search process.

Once you have submitted the search you will be redirected to the search results page. The search results page will list all individuals with a Delaware warrant that meet the search criteria.

You will need to scroll through the search results until you locate the individual that you are looking for. Click on the individual’s name to view detailed information about the outstanding warrant. This information includes the following:

  • First and last name
  • Date of birth
  • Aliases and other names
  • Race and gender
  • Reason for the warrant, the court that issued the warrant, and the warrant number.

Warrants are issued by Delaware courts and the information provided is based on information from the courts. Verification of the status of the warrant would need to be performed through the Delaware State Police.
